Exchanges

At Argentine Essences we pride ourselves in offering you a high quality service. All our products are packaged in a loving environment with the utmost care and attention to detail,
ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event you receive products that are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we are happy to replace them at no extra charge. You must notify us of any damage within 10 working days of receiving your order.
Please retain the damaged packaging with its contents as we may request a digital photograph
of the damage to assess the issue and email us at argentineessences@gmail.com .
Please select your products with care as we do not refund or replace products for incorrect orders made by you.

Returns

We accept returns for items in resalable condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The tamper evident seals must be unbroken on the bottles. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your
purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please notify us if you intend to return an item and include the reason for your return.
Non-Refundable Items:
 – Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.
 – Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within five working days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at argentineessences@gmail.com

Shipping
To return a product, please post it to the address we provide upon request. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, which are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time for exchanged items to reach you may vary. If returning an item worth over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Missing Items on Arrival
All delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of the date of delivery. All orders go through a rigorous checking system before being packed and leaving our warehouse. If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 10 days of the dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 10 days. If you notify us after these 10 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it is lost or stolen. If your parcel arrives in poor or damaged condition, or if items are missing, please retain all outer packaging. We may need this for courier/postage investigation. Any damaged boxes/packages must be signed for as damaged at delivery. Where possible, sign with damaged + your name in the signature box. We may request photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product to ensure the issue is handled promptly.
