ARGENTINE SILVERLEAF NIGHTSHADE.
Chimango showed me this flower in our courtyard outside our bedroom. Once again the first and last time I have ever seen this beauty and our courtyard was literally full of them! Quite incredible!
I remember at the time I was doing some profound healing on my ‘female’ lineage especially in regard to my maternal grandmother. I was absolutely amazed finding this flower particularly when I discovered that it is part of the ‘belladonna’ family. You see it’s actually quite a sad story - at least from what I was told! My grandmother ‘accidentally’ killed herself by taking too much ‘belladonna’ tincture! (my grandfather, her husband, was a doctor, dentist and homeopath hence she had access to this!) It’s a long convoluted story to go in to but the main ‘miracle’ here is that this beautiful ‘flower’ had magically appeared and what’s more - in abundance! I knew while making this essence that it would be a powerful ‘healer’ for our female ancestors and the ‘mother’ wound. This essence holds both ‘lunar’ and ‘solar’ energies. It was made during a ‘waning crescent’ which is a time for ‘self-care’, rest, regeneration, looking inside to see what needs to be released and finding inner peace. At one point there was also a lot of ‘thunder’ with just a drizzle of rain. Beautiful purifying and cleansing energies.
