What is a Personalised Essence Blend?
A PEB or personalised essence blend, is a ready to take dosage strength 30ml bottle. Choose from our flower, environmental and animal essences to support you with your current life issues.

How do I select my essences?
Here are a few suggestions to choose your essences to go in to your personalised blend. Find the way that works best for you.
1. Simply look at the images of the flowers, environments or animals and see which ones you are most ‘attracted’ to or even the ones you might be most ‘repelled’ by. This selection process allows your intuition to guide you rather than your thinking mind.
2. You could also choose your essences by being drawn to the ‘name’ that appeals to you or even the name that you don’t particularly like.
3. Perhaps you are called to your ‘favourite’ flower, animal or environment.
4. Reading the descriptions of the essences you could then choose the most relevant to your current situation(s) happening in your life.
5. Use the ‘search’ on our website and type in ‘specific’ words/conditions and see which essences come up, than choose the ones speaking to you the most.
6. Another way is to choose the essences is to do so ‘blind’. This is a good one to do especially if you are drawn to several essences and unable to decide which ones are best for you. So, on a piece of paper, write the names of the essences that are jumping out at you the most then spread
them out upside down. Now allow yourself to be guided and intuitively choose the seven and trust they will be the right ones for you.

How many essences should I choose?
You can choose ‘seven’ essences to go into your personalised essence blend. The reason being is because ‘seven’ reflects the aligning of multiple parts of the ‘self’ i.e. emotional, mental and spiritual which is the purpose of using essences. Number seven is associated with inner wisdom, intuition and personal transformation which again are the very qualities essences aim to support.
